Some suggestions for adding your listings:

• provide a short and to the point description of the holiday home in the title;
• adding photo's makes the listing more appealing to visitors;
• use the availability calendar and keep it updated to show visitors you are actively involved in your vacation home;
• inform visitors of any last-minute discounts;
• use the 'highlight' and 'toprank' options in your account to generate more exposure for your listing.

To keep our website up-to-date, Vakantiehuizen4u listings need to be activated once each calendar year. When you add your listing, it will remain active until the end of that calendar year. 4 Weeks before the listing expires, you will receive an email with the options to renew your listing(s) for the next year for free.

In January of each year, listings that are not (yet) renewed are deactivated. This keeps our website up-to-date and our visitors satisfied, leading to better results for the Vakantiehuizen4u home owners. A win-win!

We recommend verifying the details of your listing(s) at least once a year, upon renewal. Are the prices still accurate? Were any new facilities added? This way, you get the most ouot of advertising with Vakantiehuizen4u.nl.
