House on the Hill is a lovely place for a very nice holiday. The dutch owners renting out 2 big apartments with swimmingpool in the middle of Le Marche Italy.
Apartment Gufo: 48m2, 2-5 persons. This appartement is situated on the ground floor and has its own terrace with fournitures, own bathroom, 1 sleepingroom and a big living/kitchen. By renting from 4 persons there will be placed a doublebed in the livingroom. The kitchen has everything you wanted. There is also fireplace when the days are a little bit cold.
Apartment Gazza 70m2 2-5 persons. This appartement is situated on the ground floor, has its own terrace with fournitures, own bathroom, 2 sleepingrooms and a livingroom with kitchen. The kitchen has everything you wanted. There is also a fireplace when the days are a little bit cold.
Behind our house there is a small campsite for 14 tents well situated places,
a nice swimmingpool (9x5x1), playhouse, trampoline and other staf for the kids.
The area is panoramic and in the middle of the green rolling hills.
Experience the tranquility and beauty of this, until now, less discovered Italian region.
Numerous ancient hilltop villages in a wonderful surrounding, stunning mountains and rollings. Fore nice walks and biking there is enough space. Alll this just a stone throw away from our house.
There are cultural towns such as San Severino Marche, Macerata, Grotti di Frasassi, Loreto, Fabriano etc.
The Marche consists of many small communities, villages, boroughs and castles where artistic and old-fashioned activities still take place. It is also a predominant agricultural area.
Every day there will be fresh bread and in the highseason twice a week it's possible to have diner with us. There are a lot of restaurants surrounding.
We will be happy to welcome you to our house and with much enthusiasm we will show you the piece of Le Marche with which we fell in love!
